Package 1:
Deposit: Due at time of reservation.
Remainder: Due 24 hours before event.
Package 2:
Deposit: Due at time of reservation.
Remainder: Due 48 hours after event.

Phone Number
Event Date
Event time (specify when you want Seaside Swirls there)
Event Address
Selected Package (1 or 2)
(Also include exact or guesstimate number of ice creams)
Any Add-ons
Once the email has been received, you will be sent a confirmation email with instructions for deposit payment.
Once the deposit has been received the event will be booked!
